There are only two rules. No griefing and no cheating. This doesn’t mean that you can go off and do whatever isn’t explicitly listed on here. If you build a lag machine or kill people for no reason you’re gonna get banned.
Moderation is very relaxed but there’s zero tolerance for retards.
Griefing
Griefing consists of breaking and destroying what other people have built in what could be deemed as private property. Examples could be someones house, garden, trees near their property, etc…
Griefing also extends to stealing other players items. The key rule is this: If the chest is in a public area, it’s free game, but it’s to be noted that out of courtesy and respect one shouldn’t steal everything for themselves (That’s the point of having a whitelisted server, duh). If a chest is in someones house, it’s ok to look, but don’t take their items.
Cheating
Cheating is using any unfair advantage that has not been provided to you by the server and the mods (as in /home teleportation) to gain an advantage in the game. This includes hacked clients, xray mods, and other methods of cheating such as duping. Glitches are okay as long as they are “feature” glitches, for example, going above the nether, carpets over fences. A bad example of a glitch is duping.
There are very, very few exceptions. If you die right before the cleanup script engages and lose all your items you are allowed compensation. Phantom membrane and other items that are impossible to get on a multiplayer server are also provided.
